Gabrielle Bosche is the leading expert in generational diversity and millennial engagement. She is regularly called on for her insight from print, radio and television outlets. Gabrielle conducts high level research on millennial retention and brand loyalty and has led research efforts in partnership with organizations such as The Catholic University of America and Burk International. Gabrielle brings her vast experience working one-on-one with millennials to the stage. A millennial herself, Gabrielle specializes in demystifying the millennial generation and motivating them to do and be more. Gabrielle has been called a “Millennial Mediator”, by bridging the generation gap and bringing her passion and personality to solving the challenge of a multi-generational workplace.

Katy Friesz, Winnebago Industries
Katy Friesz serves as Vice President, Corporate Responsibility leading environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsible business strategy at Winnebago Industries. She also serves as executive director of the Winnebago Industries Foundation, working to inspire new generations of outdoor enthusiasts through outdoor equity, preserve places to explore, mobilize resources to reach people in times of need, and support Winnebago Industries employees to build strong, equitable communities where we work, live and play. Katy’s approach to building community is rooted in active listening, stakeholder engagement and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Katy held leadership roles in philanthropy and corporate responsibility at The Mosaic Company, Carlson Family Foundation, Ameriprise Financial, ADC Telecommunications, The Toro Company and Girl Scouts River Valleys.
Katy earned a master of public policy degree in nonprofit leadership and global policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, as well as a B.A. in English literature and strategic communication from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Minnesota. She chairs the Minnesota Council on Foundations board of directors. Katy enjoys nature, reading, volunteering, foodie finds and a good belly laugh with her partner Jason, three kids, Bernese Mountain dog and wonder cat.
