Heather Leach

Executive Vice President

Heather has been with PRVCA since 2006. She began her career as the Marketing Director before being promoted to Executive Vice President in October 2015. She oversees the entire staff and works closely on legislative issues and education initiatives as well as manages America’s Largest RV Show - Hershey. 

As the representative for PRVCA, Heather serves on a variety of committees including the GoRVing Committee and the RV Service Training Council. 

Heather graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor degree in Public Relations and a Master Degree in Communications. She is currently working on obtaining her CAE. 

A resident of Central PA, Heather and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter Lillian. In her spare time, Heather enjoys playing the piano, reading and enjoying the outdoors.

Megan McClain

Marketing & Education Coordinator

 Megan has been with PRVCA since 2006. She began her career as the Receptionist and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator shortly thereafter. The self-titled “Cruise Director” for PRVCA, she is responsible for planning events and meetings, coordinating seminars and in charge of the social media accounts for America’s Largest RV Show.

A native of Central Pennsylvania, she graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College in 1997, with an Associate’s Degree in Theatre and Performing Arts.

Megan can be found teaching Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Modern dance at the Campbelltown School of Dance in the evenings. She is also very active locally with Community Theater, in both performing and with her choreography. In her spare time, she enjoys being a season ticket holder for the Hershey Bears hockey team, reading, binge watching television shows and out enjoying nature.

Teresa Severance

Services Coordinator & Education Coordinator

 Teresa brings great experience to support everyone at PRVCA, having spent several years of customer care in the medical and cosmetology fields.

Whether working through daily functions or adjusting to a sudden challenge, she is an organized, flexible, and able to multi-task so we can continue to provide the service our clients deserve.

Originally from a small rural community north of Philadelphia she now lives in a similar community south of Harrisburg with her husband and three children; a son that is 14 and twin girls that are 12, and all three play sports so they are constantly running around. When there is a little free time for herself Teresa relaxes by running or walking. Time as a family is mostly spent outside since are all are avid outdoors people and enjoy our time away from the hustle and bustle of work, school and sports. Teresa is very excited to be here and help others get outdoors as well.

Carolyn Riley

Financial Coordinator

Carolyn has been with PRVCA since 2012 and is the Association’s Financial Coordinator. As part of her duties, she is responsible for the Association’s finances, including payroll and monies associated with America’s Largest RV Show. Carolyn oversees the association’s human resource matters and any other special projects that may come her way.

Carolyn is married to Steve, a retired Army officer. Their son lives in Denver and their daughter lives in LA, providing great travel opportunities for them. In her spare time, Carolyn likes to read, knit, hike, and play the piano and organ.

Daniel Jusko

Membership & Operations Director

Daniel has been with PRVCA since 2014 and is the Membership and Opeartions Director.

Daniel has lived in Pennsylvania since 1992 and has been in sales and event planning for all of his career. He began in 1992 at HACC’s Wildwood Conference Center as Food and Beverage Director and then moved onto Sales until becoming the Director of the Center for over 6 years until 2007. During that time he worked with PRVCA staff during the Life on Wheels events.

He then worked at local area hotels to continue learning his sales techniques in the Tour and Travel Markets and the Sporting Markets for the region. Daniel then worked at The Mid Atlantic Builders Exchange as the membership Recruitment Manager. Customer service is his main inspiration to successfully working with clients.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys RVing in his 40 foot diesel pusher with his family and his Sheltie Romeo. Finding new and exciting adventures in the RV has been a great experience. Cooking is his other great passion and can spend an entire weekend in the kitchen creating his own recipes.

Ray Wherley

Graphic Design/Show Installation

 Ray has been associated, in some way, with PRVCA for about 35 years. As an employee, he’s been the Graphic Designer and Show Installation Coordinator for almost 20 years.

Ray is quite the jack of all trades, particularly when it comes to America’s Largest RV Show, one of the few times he comes to the area.

Ray works remotely from his home in Tioga County, PA where he and his wife, Amy, moved approximately 12 years ago. When not working for PRVCA, he maintains and patrols the roughly 600 acres of ground at his extended families homes, splitting firewood, hiking, hunting and mowing…a lot, in the summer. Ray also has a couple of black labs to keep him entertained.
