The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has changed its report deadline to March 31 of each year. After a review and delay in requiring pay data collection on the EEO-1 reporting form, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) will no longer include the pay data component on the form. Employer organizations had raised concerns about those requirements.
EEOC requires employers with 100 or more employees to submit EEO-1 reports indicating their workforce race, ethnicity and gender. For more information, visit www.eeoc.gov.
