John Spader Talks Business Strategy for Post COVID-19 at RVDA Convention/Expo

Oct 7, 2020 | Education & Training

John Spader, president of Spader Business Management and a veteran of the RV industry, will present the timely educational session, “How Do I Know I Have the Right Strategy for These Times?” during the 2020 RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo, November 9-20. The virtual event will be hosted online by the RVDA, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

Spader’s session, a special 90-minute extended event, is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Eastern. This particular session will not be recorded, so attendees should note this one-time opportunity to participate.

Dealer principals can come to this session to challenge themselves, their strategies, and their thought processes for these times. Spader will review the strategies, thought processes, and actions of the top performers in the business world. The session will also review industry evolution, where the RV industry currently is in this process, and what the state of the industry says about the future.

Additional topics Spader will cover include:

1) How do I know how much of my 2020 success was market given versus management driven?

2) The crystal ball is very cloudy right now. What are the key strategic questions and actions a dealer should be asking and doing right now?

3) A checklist: how does a dealer know if he is doing the right things now to “reset” the business for post COVID-19.

Although this talk is a one-time event, most sessions and all virtual booths from the Convention/Expo will remain online for later access through Jan. 31, 2021. Companies interested in partnership, sponsorship, or exhibiting opportunities should contact Julie Newhouse at [email protected].
