ELKHART, Ind. — Recognizing the robust and ever-growing entry-level travel trailer market, Prime Time Manufacturing, a division of Elkhart, Indiana-based Forest River, Inc., will unveil its all-new Navi line of aggressively priced, light-weight conventional travel trailers at the 2018 Forest River Product Expo.
The Navi floorplan lineup will feature six layouts ranging in length from 20 to 25 feet, many of which are 3,000 pounds or less and easily towed by most minivans and crossover SUVs.
“We feel that by introducing a line of conventional travel trailers that is not only extremely light weight, but also showcases contemporary styling and unique features, we are offering a product with strong appeal to a younger demographic,” Navi Sales Manager Josh Lauck said.
Despite the light weight and industry-leading price point, Lauck said no corners are cut in the manufacturing process of the Navi travel trailers. “Navi is focusing on cutting-edge, extremely durable construction methods that save weight and give customers great peace of mind. Despite the extremely attainable price, they’re getting a travel trailer with a lot of structural integrity,” Lauck said.
According to Lauck, Navi travel trailers come equipped with full size refrigerators, power LED lit awnings, a residential Bluetooth soundbar with HDMI, full ceiling height, and standard roof-mounted air conditioning—features not commonly seen in travel trailers at this price point.
“We even have a place to attach a leash to the exterior of the camper for your furry friends and an exterior bottle opener on all models. The bottom line is the Navi is impressively equipped and everything comes standard,” Lauck added.
