PRVCA to Host 2nd Annual Conference January 25-29

Leadership Conference speakersThe Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle will host its 2nd  Annual Leadership Conference virtually, January 25-29, 2021. The sessions will be held for an hour each day and focus on personal growth to attain successful leadership.

Tyler Enslin, an entrepreneur and professional speaker will present “Mastering your Memory” on Monday, January 25 and “Achievement Now!” on Wednesday, January 27, both at 10 a.m.

Increasing your memory skills, instantly recalling names and leading presentations without notes are some of the skills Enslin will help you learn at his “Mastering your Memory” session. Past attendees for his seminar rave that the techniques are “simple and well thought out” and they were able to use the techniques to enhance their daily work.

Enslin’s “Achievement Now!” session will help you build confidence, break out of your comfort zone and create simple disciplines that are necessary for high achievement. The seminar will examine timeless core principles of success and modern techniques to implement them.

Jay Gubrud, an author, consultant, trainer and professional speaker, will help attendees navigate change in “Shifting Gears and Changing Lanes,” set for Tuesday, January 26 at 1 p.m. He’ll look at the four major reactions to change and teach you how to leverage them. He will also help you establish new mindsets, overcome fear and break out of your old beliefs, habits and roles. According to Gubrud, change is inevitable. Why not embrace it?

Industry leader Don Clark, president and CEO of Grand Design RV, will offer a leadership discussion on Thursday, January 28 at 1 p.m. Clark has more than 30 years of industry experience with a proven track record of leading and growing companies in the industry. Most recently, he recruited and built the team that led Grand Design RV to become one of the fastest growing RV manufacturers in the history of the industry. There will be a question and answer period following his discussion.

If you’re tired of hearing excuses and complaints, you’ll want to check out the “G.R.I.P.E.” keynote session from Will Boden, founder of the Complaint Free movement, author and a trainer. He’ll teach attendees how to identify and stop complaints for a complaint free life. The session is set for Friday, January 29 at 10 a.m.
