The new, online event features presentations from OEMs and is FREE for the industry to attend.
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania – The Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) will host its first annual Parts Knowledge Week webinars, November 1-3, with eight different original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors. The online event is designed for parts staff, managers and others who can benefit from parts product knowledge.
“All RV industry staff should know about the parts they sell, including their features and benefits,” says Greg Dewalt, PRVCA education director. “We have a great line up of knowledgeable OEMs and distributors to present the one-hour sessions. Parts knowledge is vital in providing excellent service to your customers.”
Participants will earn continuing education units (CEUs) and they will be entered into drawings to win door prizes from the vendors. The sessions are worth one to two CEUs.
OEMs and distributors participating in Parts Knowledge Week include Keller Marine and RV, King Connect, MorRyde, Norcold, Progress Manufacturing, MEC, Safety Alert and WFCO.
