RVIA Details Speakers for Committee Week

Apr 11, 2018 | Member News

The RV Industry Association recently released more information on the upcoming Committee Week meeting.

In a sequel to their 2016 Committee Week presentation, Gov. Howard Dean and Rep. Bill McCollum will provide insights from both sides of the political aisle on the Trump Administration and implication for the 2018 midterm elections.

On Monday, June 4, RVIA Chairman Bob Parish and President Frank Hugelmeyer will give updates on the industry. On Tuesday, Mike Allen, founder of Axios, will offer his non-partisan, up-to-the-minute insider perspective on the political issues of the day, the Trump administration, the Republican Congress, and building a business in an unsteady economy.

Executives from across the industry will meet with members of Congress and federal agencies to raise awareness of the RV industry and issues affecting the industry on Wednesday, June 6.

Advocacy Day attendees, members of Congress, and administration officials will then gather for an evening reception at the Hart Senate Office Building where they’ll recognize the RV Caucus members.
