Thor working to solve labor shortage

Thor Industries recently visited middle school students in Elkhart, Indiana to discuss careers in the RV industry.  The company’s Learn, Engage, Achieve and Perform (LEAP) Program is designed to reach fifth grade through high school to teach them about the RV industry. Fifth graders learn through activities like building RVs with legos, problem solving competitions, playing trivia games, answering questions and touring different RV units. High school students have opportunities for job shadowing and training. Thor hopes to reach 5,000 students this year.
