Five companies have added sessions to the Vendor Training +Plus opportunities at the 2020 RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo. Each of the five also has stepped up as a valued sponsor of the virtual event. Morgan Stanley – How Premier Dealers Avoid Pitfalls and Maximize Wealth in Today’s Unpredictable World” presented by Brad Stanek, financial advisor and senior vice president of The Stanek Group at Morgan Stanley.

Many dealers have heard the traditional Chinese curse before, “may you live in interesting times.”  We do live in very interesting and unpredictable times politically, economically, and socially. For many, much of their wealth is tied up in the dealership and real estate. Financial security highly depends on the success of a business, and it is crucial to make the right financial decisions during these unprecedented times.

Stanek will share how top dealers are protecting and growing their total wealth during these uncertain times and how they effectively handle key issues such as:

  • Reducing what they pay in tax
  • Making even smarter decisions with the liquid wealth they have generated
  • Better protecting themselves and their families against future lawsuits and divorce
  • Maximizing the after-tax value of their business for when they are ready to exit

Motility Software Solutions – Master Productivity and Create Actionable Intelligence with DMS” presented by Brad Rogers, CEO, and Lance Zumwalt, director of sales at Motility.

Pickup, delivery, or curbside? It’s a question we’ve all grown accustomed to during the coronavirus pandemic and is shaping our industry for good. Consumers want to be able to choose how much or how little of the buying process they conduct online. More importantly, it should result in less time at the dealership and flexible low-touch options.

Today’s complex network of buying and selling has grown infinitely more complicated. Dealers must invest in digital tools to streamline their selling process.

Dealers will learn:

  • What uncertain times can mean for your business.
  • Procuring the right tools to help your dealership grow.
  • The endless possibilities of remote deals.

Supra – Enhancing RV Dealership Operations and Customer Experience” presented by Scott Westfall, national sales director, and Kevin Walters, regional accounting manager for automotive with Supra.

As RV dealership traffic increases, providing a high level of customer service is crucial. Customers will expect a lasting impression from their RV purchase experience.

Dealers will learn:

  • How to manage and track keys as customer traffic increases.
  • How to improve lot efficiency and customer service.
  • Ways to collect insights and drive actionable data.
  • About Supra and TRACcess key management solutions.
