The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently announced an increase in the standard mileage rate for the remainder of 2026. The revised rate is 76 cents per mile for the remainder of 2026. 

The new revised rate applies to deductible transportation expenses paid or incurred on or after July 1, 2026.
