Performance Management is the second topic in the Leadership series set for February 20-21 at the Pennsylvania RV and Camping Association (PRVCA) 5th Annual Leadership Conference at the Eden Resort and Suites, Lancaster, Pa. To help you and your staff learn the skills to be more effective leaders, the Pennsylvania College of Technology will present the comprehensive training session with opportunities for discussion, idea sharing and small group skills training.

The conference begins on Tuesday, February 20 with breakfast at 8 a.m. From 9 a.m. to 12 noon, the instructor will discuss “Creating a Climate of Motivation and Engagement.” The conference will break for lunch from 12 noon to 1 p.m. and pick up with “Shaping Performance Expectations” from 1 to 4 p.m. A Happy Hour with opportunities for networking will be held from 5 to 6 p.m.

On Wednesday, February 21, breakfast is scheduled for 8 a.m. followed by “Developing Performance Coaching Techniques” from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Lunch will be held from 12 noon to 1 p.m., followed by “Addressing Difficult Performance Situations” from 1 to 4 p.m. All participants will receive a valuable workbook to follow the instructor and additional materials.
