The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced RV wholesale shipments were up 7.2% in May compared to the same month last year. RV Shipments ended May at 33,150 units shipped, compared to 30,919 in May 2023.

Towable RVs, led by conventional travel trailers, ended the month up 13.5% compared to May 2023 at 30,177 shipments. Motorhome shipments were down -31.2% at 2,972 units.

RV shipments are up 8.9% compared to the same time frame last year with 153,288 units shipped through May. Towables are up 14.9% and motorhomes are down -23.4% year to date.

Park Model RV shipments finished May down -24.4% compared to May 2023 with 363 wholesale shipments, and they are down-30.9% for January to May.
