Dealers using PennDOT’s Dealer Agent Services (DAS) System have access to PennDOT to streamline certain interactions.

The system allows dealers and agents to:

 Dealers can also order Temp Tags directly through the DAS. Some dealerships are utilizing PAA’s Title Department to fulfill these requests.

Ordering Temp Tags directly through DAS would be more cost effective for those dealerships and the plates are sent by PennDOT just as quickly as PAA’s Title Department is able to fulfill and mail orders.

To request access to the DAS System, visit www.dealers.penndot.pa.gov and click on the REGISTER button.

Select ‘Business Partner’. Fill in all the required fields. If the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is not registered a hyperlink will be displayed to register the organization.

Once submitted, a successful message pops up. Once the dealership’s request has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent by PennDOT.

When you login to the DAS, the dealerships Business Partner home page will appear, including tabs for your business profile, business names, stop codes, personnel details, insurance and bond information, Dealer Plates/Products, and Manage Acquisitions (Dealers Resale Vehicle Inventory). Instructions on using any of these tabs can be found by clicking on the Help button located on the top of the Business Partner’s Home Page.
