The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) is set to host its 2026 Convention and Trade Show, Dec. 7-10 at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Pocono Mountains. Due to a high demand for hotel rooms, PCOA announced it secured additional rooms to accommodate attendees.

“We are excited to see such strong interest in this year’s convention,” said Jason Vaughan, Executive Director of PCOA. “With our original room block already sold out, we were able to work with Kalahari to secure additional rooms for our attendees. We encourage everyone planning to attend to make their reservations now, as the November 1 deadline is quickly approaching.”

The four-day event will feature educational seminars, networking opportunities, industry discussions, and a trade show showcasing products and services designed to help campground businesses succeed. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with fellow campground professionals, discover new ideas, and explore solutions to the challenges and opportunities facing the outdoor hospitality industry.

This year’s convention will offer a diverse lineup of educational sessions addressing important topics facing campground owners and operators, including artificial intelligence, financial management, legal issues, guest relations, GMI preparedness, and strategies for business growth. Beyond the educational programming, attendees can look forward to networking opportunities, social events, and entertainment, including a performance by nationally recognized comedian Moody McCarthy, who has appeared on popular late-night television programs, including The Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and Conan. The combination of education, industry connections, and entertainment promises an engaging and memorable convention experience.

The deadline to reserve rooms within the PCOA convention block is November 1, 2026. Although additional rooms have been secured, availability remains limited, and attendees are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible.
