The conference will begin on Tuesday, February 20 at 8 a.m. with breakfast followed by “Creating a Climate of Motivation and Engagement”, lunch at 12 noon, and “Shaping Performance Expectations,” which runs until 4 p.m. From 5 to 6 p.m., PRVCA will host a Happy Hour for attendees to network in a casual setting.
On Wednesday, February 21, attendees will enjoy a breakfast before learning about “Developing Performance Coaching Techniques”, lunch at 12 noon, and finish the day with “Addressing Difficult Performance Situations.”
Instructor Katie Ecker will provide real-world examples and invite participants to share their experience for the benefit of the group.
“The Leadership Series is a great opportunity for all of our members to improve their managerial and leadership skills,” says Heather Leach, PRVCA executive director. “Whether it’s a small family campground or a large dealership, all leaders deal with similar issues and will benefit from these seminars.”
