The RV Industry Association (RVIA) reported RV wholesale shipments were up 8.1% in December 2023. The association manufacturer survey found shipments ended the month at 21,522 units compared to 19,907 units in December 2022. For 2023, RV shipments ended down -36.5% or 313,174 units compared to 2022.

Towable RVs, led by conventional travel trailers, were up 11.4% from last December at 18,680 units. Motorhome shipments finished the month down -9.4% or 2,842 units compared to the previous December.

Park Model RV shipments were down -31.9% at 325 wholesale shipments in December. Overall, Park Model RV shipments were up 7% in 2023 compared to 5,054 units shipped in 2022.
