RVDA Workshop Examines AI Potential Use in Dealership Workspace
An expert panel will explain how dealers are using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for purposes from lead generation and VIN decoding to digital claims and customer engagement during the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Convention, November 11, in Las Vegas.
“AI Right Now: Practical Applications for the RV Dealer” will be held from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, in the Champagne 4 room as part of the business innovation track of workshops.
In this panel, industry experts will share real-world examples of how they're using AI in sales, F&I, fixed operations, and marketing to boost efficiency and profitability.
The panel includes Ron Wheeler, founder and principal of Wheeler Advertising Inc.; Graham Anderson, founder and chief revenue officer of Kenect; Mark Goldsmith, learning and development head of iA Dealer Services; Kishore Rajgopal, founder and CEO of Rapidious, and Brad Shepard, CEO of LAHZO.
