PRVCA Board approves two amendments to the bylaws
The Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) board of directors approved two updates to the association’s by-laws related to board attendance and participation during the May meeting.
Article V, Section 8, was amended to state the number of consecutive meetings a director must attend before receiving a warning and possibly forfeiting their directorship. The number decreased from three meetings to two meetings.
Article V, Section 7(f), was amended to add the following sentence to the end: For the avoidance of doubt, in order for a Director to participate in a regular or special meeting of the Board via means of conference telephone, the Internet or similar electronic communications equipment, the Director must be visible to the in-person meeting occurring through use of the Director's camera or other such equipment, unless such Director has a bona fide technological issue communicated to, and approved by, the Board.
The amendments will be effective in 30 days. Review the PRVCA bylaws here.
