Wide World RV Center recently announced it will close on October 31, 2024 after nearly 60 years in business. Owners Maria Torre, Francine Ogonoksy and Faith Hales took over the daily operation of the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania dealership from the parents Guy and Joan DiAndriole 10 to 15 years ago. They have decided to step aside and retire.

"We did think of carrying on the legacy, but our children are all grown and some don't live in the area anymore," Maria Torre told The Times-Tribune. "They've all moved on with their careers so there wasn't anyone behind us and it didn't financially make sense for us to sell the business to someone else."
