RV Mobile Training

Let us bring the training to you.

The Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle & Camping Association (PRVCA) can bring training to you. In 2024, the association purchased a 2024 Forest River Vengeance Rogue 29SUT for its mobile classroom. The garage area is modified with work stations to accommodate up to eight students. Following the classroom training, students can use what they have learned and practice on the RV. 

Members can train in the mobile classroom on the following topics:

• Body
• Chassis
• Electrical Systems
• LP System
• Septic and Water System

There are two levels of training available for each topic.

1. In depth training - Classroom and hands on exercises designed to provide fundamental skills to individuals who have little to no experience with the topic. This training is an 8-hour class.

2. Refresher or Skill Building training - Designed to build relevant skills or assist in trouble-shooting common issues realted to the specific topic. This training is approximately a 4-hour class.

PRVCA contracts with a certified trainer who will travel with the RV to train the students.

PRVCA members who are interested in scheduling a training in the mobile training RV should contact PRVCA's Education Director, James Lubomski. They will receive a reservation form, which will request they identify the training topic and level desired. Additionally, members will provide a short narrative describing the training outcome they desire. The form also requires members to identify their top 3 preferred weeks they would like to schedule the training. PRVCA will match preferences with additional members to maximize outcomes and efficiencies.
